About The Wine Bar

The wine shop is open everyday at 11:00 AM, with happy hour Weekdays from 4-5 PM.

Basement Wines started out by buying and storing wine for friends and family from the basement of our house in Santa Clara. In 2001 it grew into an online business with a small warehouse a mile from the house. In 2003 we moved it to Colfax and became a wine bar and wine shop. In 2007 we added food and were open 7 days a week. So what does 2008 hold? Stay tuned.
